Dilan Anjelo aged 27, a professional cricketer based in Canada.

‘Chronic Lower Back Pain’ , is a condition that causes lower back pain for more than years. It’s is important to pinpoint the underlying causes of the problem before treatment.

During Dylan’s initial discussion and pictures he sent me, I was able to identify the following,

❌ Uneven Hip Level
❌ IT Band Syndrome
❌ Lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow)

✅ The following solutions were provided,

➡️ Removing unwanted strength training 🏋️🏋️ from his existing resistance training program to facilitate the recovery of certain muscle groups.

➡️ Specific Stability & Mobility program as a corrective measure.

➡️ A proper recovery routine after explaining the importance of recovery.

➡️When Dylan messaged me today morning, it was wonderful 😇😇 to hear the happiness as he recounted how much stronger he now felt.

He is now able to perform his sprints and long distance running without feeling pain in his lower back! 🏃 💪

➡️➡️👉No resistance training, no one one one sessions, it s just understanding the etiology and I created safe and accurate exercise program. ➡️➡️ It s 100% his efforts and dedication. 💪

When Amanda first called me up, She insisted that she needs to change. At a weight of 91kg, warning alarms went off for her when she discovered that her resting blood pressure had reached a dangerous ➡️140/97mmHg.😢

Amanda, like many of my previous clients, had experienced the debilitating mental strain that her physical health had inflicted on her.

She was open about how she lacked the self-confidence to be comfortable in her own skin, how uncontrollable her emotions seemed as well as the lack of motivation to even wake up in the morning.

As we spoke, we realized these issues extended far beyond stress and dejection.

Every month Amanda experienced severe menstrual cramps. With her BMI at 35.5, Amanda fell into the Grade II Obesity bracket which puts her at a higher risk of experiencing this intense discomfort.

Once her postural and health assessment was completed, my aim was to create a plan that was going to address issues in all aspects of her physical health. The program focused on cardiovascular fitness, core stability and mobility, flexibility and balance training as well as resistance training ➡️👉(only the isolation exercises because she carries some postural imbalances which compound movements and heavy resistance training programs will lead her to sports injury and aggravate bad posture)

Within a period of 40 days, from the 10th of June to the 20th of July of this year, Amanda dropped to a weight of 85.8kg and her resting blood pressure lowered to 113/69 mmHg. 🙂

The dedication which Amanda applied these to her life can be seen in the pictures below, but it is more apparent within her. She feels more comfortable in her body and tells me that she is ready to do anything. I am proud of her but it is more rewarding seeing the pride in her eyes as she sees the progress she is making. In the photo above, you are not just seeing a mere aesthetically physical transformation but a happier and healthier Amanda. ❤️💪
