වසර 36කට පසු අම්පාර මධ්‍යම කඳවුර රෝහලට මාතෘ සායන ගොඩනැඟිල්ලක්.

තිස් වසරක යුද්ධය හේතුවෙන් වසා දමා තිබූ මෙම රෝහල යුද්ධයෙන් පසුව යළි විවෘත වුවද, එහි පැවති යටිතල පහසුකම් අවම මට්ටමක පැවතිණි. රෝහල් සංවර්ධන කමිටුවේ මූලිකත්වයෙන් සහ CIC ප්‍රධාන අලෙවි නියෝජිත බජිර් හාඩ්වෙයාර් අධිපතිතුමාගේ මූලිකත්වයෙන් මෙන්ම සිවිල් ආරක්ෂක දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව සමාජිකයන්ගේ ශ්‍රම දායකත්වයෙන් සහ සී.අයි.සී. (CIC) ආයතනයේ මූල්‍ය දායකත්වයෙන් මෙම ගොඩනැඟිල්ල ප්‍රතිසංස්කරණ කරන ලදි.

කල්මුණේ ප්‍රාදේශීය සෞඛ්‍ය සේවා අධ්‍යක්ෂිකා සහිලා රාණි ඉෂධින් මහත්මිය සහ සී.අයි.සී. ආයතනයේ කළමනාකරණ අධ්‍යක්ෂ වරුණ මදවන ආරච්චි මහතාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් විවෘත කිරීමේ උත්සවය පැවැත්විණි. මීට පෙර රෝහලේ බාහිර රෝගී අංශය සහ වාට්ටු සංකීර්ණය සහ හදිසි ප්‍රතිකාර ඒකකය පමණක් ක්‍රියාත්මක වූ අතර, මෙම නව මාතෘ සායන ගොඩනැඟිල්ල විවෘත වීමත් සමඟ ප්‍රදේශයේ ගැබිනි මව්වරුන්ට සහ දරුවන්ට සෞඛ්‍ය පහසුකම් ලබාගැනීම වඩාත් පහසු වනු ඇත.

මෙම අවස්ථාවට දීඝවාපි රජමහා විහාරාධිපති පෝද්දිවෙල චන්දානන්ද හිමි ඇතුළු මහා සංඝරත්නය, හින්දු සහ මුස්ලිම් පූජකවරුන් සහ සිවිල් ආරක්ෂක දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව ඉහළ නිලධාරීන්ගේ හා ප්‍රදේශයේ සී.අයි.සී කෘෂි ව්‍යාපාර අලෙවි නියෝජිතයන්ගේ හා සී.අයි.සී කෘෂි ව්‍යාපාර ඉහළ කළමනාකාරීත්වයහි ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් සිදු කරන ලදි.

36 வருடங்களுக்குப் பின்னர் அம்பாறை மத்திய முகாம் வைத்தியசாலைக்கு மகப்பேற்று சிகிச்சை கட்டிடம்.

முப்பது வருட யுத்தத்தின் காரணமாக மூடப்பட்டிருந்த இந்த வைத்தியசாலை, யுத்தத்துக்குப் பின்னர் மீண்டும் திறக்கப்பட்ட போதிலும், அதன் உட்கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகள் மிகக் குறைந்த மட்டத்தில் இருந்தன. வைத்தியசாலை அபிவிருத்திக் குழுவின் முன்னெடுப்பிலும் மற்றும் சீ.ஐ.சீ பிரதான விற்பனைப் பிரதிநிதி பஜீர் ஹாட்வேயார் அவர்களின் தலைமையில், சிவில் பாதுகாப்பு திணைக்கள உறுப்பினர்களின் உழைப்பு மற்றும் சீ.ஐ.சீ. நிறுவனத்தின் நிதி உதவியுடன் இந்தக் கட்டிடம் புனர்நிர்மாணம் செய்யப்பட்டது.

கல்முனை பிரதேச சுகாதார சேவைகள் பணிப்பாளர் டாக்டர் ஷகீலா ராணி இஷதீன் அவர்கள் மற்றும் சீ.ஐ.சீ. நிறுவனத்தின் முகாமைத்துவப் பணிப்பாளர் வருண மதவன ஆராச்சி அவர்களின் தலைமையில் திறப்பு விழா இடம்பெற்றது. இதற்கு முன்னர் வைத்தியசாலையின் வெளி நோயாளர் பிரிவு, மற்றும் அவசர சிகிச்சைப் பிரிவு மட்டுமே செயற்பட்டு வந்த நிலையில், இந்தப் புதிய மகப்பேற்று சிகிச்சை கட்டிடம் திறக்கப்பட்டதன் மூலம் பிரதேச கர்ப்பிணித் தாய்மார்களுக்கும் குழந்தைகளுக்கும் சுகாதார வசதிகளைப் பெற்றுக் கொள்வது மிகவும் எளிதாக அமையும்.

இந்நிகழ்வில் தீகவாபி ராஜமகா விகாராதிபதி போத்துவில் சந்தானந்த தேரர் உள்ளிட்ட மகாசங்கத்தினர் இந்து மற்றும் முஸ்லிம் மதகுருமார்கள் சிவில் பாதுகாப்பு திணைக்கள உயர் அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும் பிரதேச சீ.ஐ.சீ. விவசாய வியாபார விற்பனைப் பிரதிநிதிகள், சீ.ஐ.சீ. விவசாய வியாபார உயர் முகாமைத்துவத்தின் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்றது.

𝐀 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐆𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐲𝐚 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐈𝐂

As a pioneer in Sri Lanka’s agricultural sector, CIC remains committed to creating meaningful change in the communities we serve. Continuing this commitment, on 05.05.2026 we successfully launched a community care programme focused on uplifting the lives of the people in Polpitiya, within the Yatiyantota Divisional Secretariat in the Kegalle District. The initiative centred around Walihenathenna Sooriya Preschool and Polpitiya Junior School, with the aim of supporting children’s education and enhancing community wellbeing.

As part of the programme, the school’s computer unit was refurbished and equipped with modern computers, opening new opportunities for students to connect with the digital world. A clean drinking water project was also introduced to promote healthier living within the village. Additionally, we contributed to the preschool’s sanitation and safety needs by constructing a side retaining wall.

More than a business initiative, this reflects CIC’s belief in giving back to society and investing in a stronger, brighter future for Sri Lanka.
