In Ayurveda, banana + milk is a bad combo — not because of calories, but because of energy and digestion. Here’s why ⬇️

🍽️ Incompatible Combo
This mix confuses your digestion — leading to bloating, heaviness, and toxins (Ama).

Poor digestion = sticky waste = long-term health issues like fatigue and skin problems.

Additionally, this time of day is governed by Kapha dosha, which is associated with heaviness and slowness. Consuming fruits—especially raw and sweet varieties—during this period may contribute to:

Reduced digestive efficiency
Bloating or gas due to fermentation
Disrupted sleep patterns
For optimal health, Ayurveda recommends favoring warm, light, and cooked foods in the evening, ideally consumed a few hours before bedtime.
