지난해 9월부터 코코허스크칩을 생산하기 시작했다.
경험치는 1도 없고, 한국에서 본 적 조차 없었지만 코코칩을 내 손으로 직접 생산해보고 싶었기 때문이다.
하루동안 수조에서 두번 세척하니 EC수치가 매우 만족스럽다.
코코칩을 만들어 놓고 대략 6~7개월 정도 기다렸더니 스리랑카 코코넛 개발국(Coconut development authority)으로부터 정식 수출 라이센스가 나왔다.
이제는 LCL이 아닌, 실론시나몬, 정향과 함께 코코칩은 FCL로 국내로 빠르게 운송된다.

삼상전기 기계로 코코칩을 생산하니 일반 220v 기계에서 생산되는 코코칩 보다 단면이 훨씬 깔끔하고 부스러기도 적게 발생되고 있다.
코코넛 분쇄시 발생되는 먼지가 사방에 흩날린다.

품질은 만족스럽고, 늦어도 다음달에는 국내로 수출할 수 있을 것 같다.

최근에는 비가 거의 오지 않아 실론시나몬 품질이 최상이다. 곰팡이나 물얼룩 등의 오염된 것을 찾기 힘들다.
매우 만족스럽다.
이달 중하순경 국내로 입고될 예정이다.

KOSMA Global (Pvt) Ltd.'s first export of the year, Ceylon cinnamon sticks, was ready for shipment in March. Due to various reasons, delivery was delayed somewhat, but it passed the Korea Food and Drug Administration's inspection the day before yesterday.

In Korea, organic farming is preferred, and as biochar and other charcoal have become known to have many positive functions and effects, such as improving soil quality, rather than chemical fertilizers and manures, they are being used as agricultural materials, and demand is expected to steadily increase in the future. In particular, coconut shell charcoal has excellent water purification properties, and is used in a variety of ways, such as in water purification projects and as antibacterial filters for vehicles and homes.
High quality is a given, and if it can be produced at a reasonable price, it feels like it's worth exporting.

This year, Ceylon cinnamon is the second export. South Korea's national economic strength is also very weak, so cinnamon consumption is expected to decrease. I think I will have to find items with price competitiveness in the future. I plan to graft agricultural products, oil derived from cinnamon, coconut-related products such as coconut charcoal and coco peat into export items.
