Title: When Love Finds You
Chapter 8: The Beauty of the Present
Eric and Ava’s connection continued to unfold naturally, without pressure or expectations. They didn’t label what they had. They didn’t rush into anything. Instead, they simply enjoyed each other’s presence.
Some days, they met for coffee, discussing everything from their favorite books to their thoughts on life. Other times, they explored new places together—art galleries, hidden cafes, and quiet parks where they could just sit and talk for hours.
One evening, as they sat on a park bench watching the sunset, Ava sighed contentedly.
“You know,” she said, turning to Eric, “I’ve never been in something like this before.”
Eric raised an eyebrow. “Like what?”
“This… whatever it is,” she said with a small smile. “It’s not forced. It’s not about proving anything. It just… is. And I love that.”
Eric nodded, understanding exactly what she meant. In the past, love had always felt like something he had to fight for—something he had to chase. But with Ava, it was different. It was effortless.
“Me too,” he admitted.
Ava smiled at him, and for a moment, they simply sat in comfortable silence, watching the sky turn shades of orange and pink.
Eric had spent so much of his life planning for love—imagining how things should be, overthinking every move. But now, he realized something important:
Love isn’t about planning for the future. It’s about appreciating the present.
So he stopped worrying about what would happen next. He didn’t wonder if Ava would become something more. He didn’t try to define their relationship or push it in a certain direction.
He simply chose to enjoy every moment with her.
One day at a time.

Daily Inspirational TalkChapter 7: Slow and Steady
Eric and Ava’s connection wasn’t rushed. There were no grand gestures, no overwhelming emotions that consumed him like past relationships. Instead, there was something different—ease.
They started running into each other more often. First, at the coffee shop, where Ava teased him about always ordering the same caramel latte. Then, at the bookstore again, where they found themselves reaching for the same novel and laughing about their similar taste in books.
Eventually, their meetings became intentional.
“Hey, I’m going to check out this art exhibit on Saturday,” Ava mentioned one evening over coffee. “Want to come?”
Eric hesitated for only a second before nodding. “Yeah. I’d love that.”
And so, their friendship unfolded naturally, without pressure or expectation.
With Ava, Eric didn’t feel the anxiety he had always associated with dating. He didn’t spend hours analyzing texts or wondering if she liked him enough.
Instead, they talked about real things.
The books that shaped them.
The mistakes they had made in life and what they had learned.
Their dreams, their fears, their hopes for the future.
Ava was independent, just like Eric had learned to be. She didn’t need someone to complete her, and that made their connection even stronger.
One night, as they walked along the riverfront, Ava turned to him with a thoughtful expression.
“You seem… different,” she said.
Eric raised an eyebrow. “Different how?”
“I don’t know,” she mused. “Like you’re not searching for something anymore. Like you’re at peace with yourself.”
Eric smiled. “I think I finally am.”
Ava studied him for a moment, then smiled back. “That’s rare, you know. Most people never get there.”
Eric shrugged. “It took me a while. But I realized that love isn’t something you chase. It’s something that finds you when you’re already whole.”
Ava nodded, her gaze thoughtful. “I like that.”
And just like that, without force or expectation, something between them shifted. Not in a dramatic, overwhelming way, but in the quiet way that real connections grow—slowly, steadily, and beautifully.
Eric wasn’t in a rush. For the first time in his life, he was content with where he was, who he was, and what was unfolding.
And somehow, that made everything feel even more real.

How do you usually start your day? With a cup of tea or coffee? Well, there’s a surprising secret to kickstart your morning in a healthy way – water! Our bodies are made up of mostly water, and consuming water daily, especially in the morning, can have numerous benefits for our overall health and well-being.
Here are 10 reasons why you should consider drinking 1 to 4 glasses of water on an empty stomach every morning:
Eliminating Toxins and Boosting Metabolism: Starting your day with 1 or 2 glasses of water before eating anything can work wonders for your health. It helps flush out toxins and waste products, prevent diseases and give your metabolism a jumpstart.
Cleaning and Repairing: While you sleep, your body works to repair cells and cleanse itself. Drinking water on an empty stomach in the morning aids this natural detoxification process and helps eliminate waste through urine.
Minimizing Harmful Effects: Water can minimize the harmful effects of substances like alcohol, to***co, pollution, and junk food when consumed on an empty stomach.
Skin Health: Water is a great ally for your skin. Two cups of water on an empty stomach can help maintain skin elasticity, tonicity, and prevent premature wrinkles.
Hydration and Vital Organ Health: Drinking water in the morning helps hydrate and keep your vital organs healthy, maintaining their proper functioning.
Weight Loss Aid: Consuming 2-3 glasses of water on an empty stomach can aid in weight loss. In addition to flushing out toxins, water helps burn fat and calories, reducing feelings of hunger and preventing overeating.
Overall Health Maintenance: Water contributes to maintaining a healthy lymphatic system, intestinal transit, cortisol control, and defend against infections.
Boost of Energy: A glass of warm water in the morning can provide you with energy, eliminating the morning grogginess and fatigue we often experience.
Digestive Health: Drinking water before breakfast stimulates bowel movement, aiding in combating and preventing constipation.
Gastritis Relief: If you suffer from gastritis, drinking at least 3 glasses of water on an empty stomach can help reduce stomach acidity levels and relieve cramps.
One of the best habits you can adopt is to drink water every morning before doing anything else. Start with one glass of water on an empty stomach and gradually increase to 2 or 3 glasses over time.
Remember, the quality of water matters, so ensure the water you drink meets the standards for drinking water. Additionally, you can enhance the health benefits by adding freshly squeezed lemon juice to a glass of water.
So, say goodbye to your usual morning cup of tea or coffee, and embrace the refreshing and rejuvenating power of water to start your day, right...

Title: When Love Finds You
Chapter 6: The Universe Moves When You Stop Chasing
Eric didn’t think much about Ava after their brief conversation at the bookstore. That was the surprising part.
Before, he would have obsessed over the encounter—wondered if he should have asked for her number, replayed their conversation in his head, and hoped for fate to bring them together again. But this time, he simply went home, made himself a cup of tea, and started reading The Alchemist.
As he turned the pages, he found himself absorbed in the story, drawn to its message about personal journeys and trusting the universe. And for the first time in a long time, he felt like he was exactly where he was meant to be.
The next few weeks passed in a blur of self-discovery.
He took himself on more solo dates—visiting art galleries, hiking trails, and trying new restaurants.
He focused on his work, pouring his energy into projects he had once neglected.
He deepened his friendships, reconnecting with people he had once pushed aside in his search for romance.
And then, just when he wasn’t expecting it, the universe nudged him again.
It happened at a coffee shop on a quiet Sunday morning. Eric had just sat down with his laptop when he heard a familiar voice.
“You again?”
He looked up, surprised to see Ava standing beside his table, holding a steaming cup of coffee.
Eric chuckled. “Guess we both have good taste in bookstores and coffee shops.”
Ava grinned. “Mind if I join you?”
He gestured to the empty chair across from him. “Be my guest.”
As they talked, Eric noticed something different about himself. He wasn’t nervous. He wasn’t trying to impress her or hoping for a romantic spark. He was simply present, enjoying the conversation for what it was.
Ava was easy to talk to—witty, insightful, and full of stories about her travels and love for books. And yet, Eric didn’t feel the old, desperate need to make her like him.
That’s when he realized something powerful—he didn’t need her to complete him, because he was already whole.
And maybe that’s why, for the first time in his life, something real was beginning to unfold.

Chapter 5: When Love Stops Being the Goal
Eric’s days were no longer filled with the exhausting search for love. Instead, they were filled with himself—his passions, his growth, and the quiet moments of joy he had once overlooked.
It had been two months since that night when he asked God, When is my turn to be happily in love? And though he still wanted love one day, he no longer felt desperate for it.
One evening, after work, Eric decided to visit a bookstore. He had developed a habit of rewarding himself with small things—a good book, a cup of coffee, and a quiet walk—things that made him happy without needing someone else to make them special.
As he browsed the shelves, a voice beside him said, “That’s a great choice.”
Eric turned to see a woman smiling at him, pointing at the book in his hands—The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho.
“It’s one of my favorites,” she said.
Eric smiled back. “I’ve heard good things about it, but I’ve never read it.”
“You should,” she said. “It’s all about self-discovery and finding your own path in life.”
Eric raised an eyebrow. How fitting.
“I’m Ava,” she said, extending her hand.
“Eric.” He shook her hand, feeling a surprising sense of ease. In the past, he would have overanalyzed the moment, wondered if she was interested, if this was fate. But this time, he wasn’t looking for anything—he was just being.
They ended up talking about books for the next ten minutes, and as Eric walked out of the bookstore with The Alchemist in hand, he smiled to himself.
He wasn’t thinking about whether Ava was “the one.” He wasn’t overthinking or making plans.
For the first time in his life, love was no longer his goal.
And that’s when love started finding its way to him.

Title: When Love Finds You
Chapter 4: Learning to Be Enough
Eric had never realized how much of his happiness depended on others. Every time he had felt lonely, he had reached for someone else—whether it was a romantic partner, a friend, or even a stranger on social media. Now, he was forcing himself to sit with that loneliness, to understand it rather than escape it.
It wasn’t easy.
The second night after his decision to “date himself,” he found himself scrolling through his phone, tempted to message an old flame. Just to check in, he told himself. But he caught himself before hitting send.
What do I actually want? What do I actually need?
The truth hit him harder than he expected. He didn’t need validation from someone else. He needed to feel important to himself.
So, instead of sending the message, he put his phone down and picked up a notebook. On the first page, he wrote:
Things I Love About Myself:
1. I’m a good listener.
2. I care deeply about people.
3. I’m resilient—I’ve been through heartbreak, but I’m still here.
4. I have a great sense of humor.
5. I’m creative and full of ideas.
He stared at the list for a long time. At first, it felt forced, almost embarrassing. But the more he wrote, the more he realized something: he had spent so much time looking for love outside himself that he had never truly appreciated who he was.
Over the next few weeks, he made self-love a priority.
He started going to the gym, not to impress anyone, but to feel stronger in his own body.
He picked up a hobby he had abandoned years ago—painting.
He spent weekends exploring the city alone, enjoying new places without waiting for someone to join him.
He started saying no to things that drained him and yes to things that made him feel alive.
And for the first time in years, Eric didn’t feel like he was missing something. He felt whole.
One night, as he sat in his apartment, painting with music playing in the background, he realized something profound—this is happiness. Not the temporary high of a new relationship. Not the validation of someone choosing him. But the quiet, steady joy of being enough for himself.
Little did he know, this was the moment love would start finding its way to him—when he least expected it.

Chapter 3: Breaking the Cycle
Eric had spent years falling into the same cycle—he’d meet someone, fall fast, invest everything, and then watch it all crumble. The pattern had repeated so often that heartbreak felt like an old friend.
But something about last night’s experience had shaken him. The words—love yourself rather than expecting others to love you—played in his mind like a broken record.
That morning, he decided to do something different. Instead of reaching out to an ex or drowning in self-pity, he called the one person who had always given him raw, unfiltered advice—his best friend, Daniel.
“Dude, I need help,” Eric admitted over the phone.
Daniel laughed. “Now that’s new. What’s up?”
“I had this… moment last night. I asked God when I’d finally be happily in love, and I swear, I heard an answer.”
Silence. Then Daniel chuckled. “And what did God say?”
“He told me to love myself first.”
Daniel didn’t laugh this time. “That’s actually deep, man. And honestly? He’s right. You’ve been chasing love like it’s something you need to survive. Maybe it’s time to stop.”
Ethan frowned. “Stop chasing love?”
“Yes. And start building yourself up instead.”
Eric sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. “And how do I even do that?”
Daniel’s voice softened. “By breaking the cycle. Every time you feel the urge to look for love in someone else, ask yourself—What do I actually want? What do I actually need? And then give it to yourself.”
Eric mulled over Daniel’s words for the rest of the day. That evening, instead of scrolling through dating apps or reminiscing about his past relationships, he did something different—he took himself out on a date.
He went to his favorite café, ordered his favorite meal, and sat with himself. It felt… strange at first. But then, for the first time in a long while, he realized something.
He actually enjoyed his own company.

Chapter 2: Facing the Mirror
The next morning, Eric couldn’t shake the words from his mind. Love yourself. But how? He had spent his whole life searching for love outside of himself.
He stood in front of his bathroom mirror, looking at his own reflection. He saw tired eyes, a weary heart, and a man who had never truly been happy alone.
That day, he decided to make a change. Instead of scrolling through social media, comparing his life to others, he went for a walk in the park. Instead of texting his ex, hoping for closure, he picked up an old book he had always wanted to read. Instead of waiting for someone to validate his worth, he started writing a list of things he liked about himself.
It felt strange at first, but something within him started shifting.

Chapter 1: The Question That Changed Everything
Eric sat on a park bench, watching the golden hues of the sunset blend with the city skyline. Couples strolled hand in hand, laughter echoing around him. He sighed, gripping his coffee cup, the warmth barely comforting his cold loneliness.
Why is love so easy for everyone else but me? He had done everything right—been kind, loyal, and open-hearted—yet love seemed to elude him. His last relationship had ended six months ago, and he still felt the sting of rejection.
That night, lying in bed, staring at the ceiling, he whispered a prayer, his voice barely audible.
“When is my turn to be happily in love?”
A deep silence filled the room, and just as he was about to drift into sleep, a voice, gentle yet powerful, echoed in his mind.
“When you love yourself rather than expecting others to love you.”
Eric shot up in bed, his heart pounding. Had he imagined it? Or was it really an answer from above? He had never thought about love in that way before.
Little did he know, this was the beginning of a journey that would change his life forever.

SHE HAS SOMEONE ELSE , MOVE ON:
She dumps you mentally before dumping you physically.
A man must know when a lady is fed up with him; he must know o read the signs of a woman who has made up her mind to leave.
Women virtually play these tricks all the time.
When a woman wants to leave a man, she first leaves him mentally.
This is the point where she begins to act strange and foreign; she behaves opposite of what she used to be.
She no longer texts, replies fast, calls, or gives you respect.
She begins to drain you and torment you mentally and emotionally.
Every little thing you do, she finds faults in it and makes it a reason for you both to fight.
When a woman begins to act cold towards you, just know that she's planning to leave.
Don't force it, don't panic, it's a normal thing...
One of the core reasons for her acting this way is due to the fact that she believes she has seen someone who is better than you.
So she's setting a trap for you to call for a breakup.
She may not likely notice the change in her behavior, but you can code.
If you notice this, withdraw back, stop forcing anything, don't beg her to change, just let her be.
