Mistakes are our greatest Teacher

* **The Fear of Failure:** Fear of failure can hold us back from taking risks and trying new things. By embracing mistakes, we can overcome this fear and achieve our goals.
**How to Learn from Mistakes:**
* **Reflect on the Mistake:** Take some time to understand what went wrong and why.
* **Identify the Lesson:** What can you learn from this experience? What can you do differently next time?
* **Take Action:** Put what you've learned into practice.
* **Let Go of Guilt:** Don't dwell on your mistakes. Instead, focus on moving forward.

Anyone wearing the leadership Mantle would do well to focus on improving these 5 characteristics crucial to effective leadership:
*Honestly and Integrity.
The supreme quality of leadership is unquestionably integrity. Without it, no real success is possible. Leader must set an example with a consistent commitment to uncompromised honestly.
* Communication Skills.
Imagine a leader with the most stellar focused vision coupled with the practical details to make the plan a reality. But because this leader failed to communicate the vision sputters, limps along, falters, and then die.
Communication is the vessel that makes possible the emotional connection that is so crucial effective communicate clearly, one cannot be a good leader- let alone great leader.
* A willingness to Delegate and Empower.
Many in leadership role struggle with the difference between "Doing and Leading".
It's important for a leader to focus on key responsibilities while leaving the rest to others".
"Delegate tasks to your subordinate and see how they preform. Provide them with all the resources and support they need to achieve the abjective and give them a chance to bear responsibility".
Empowering employee promotes their growth as well as nurtures the reletionship between management and employees.
*Commitment and Passion.
Nothing drains enthusiasm and possion quicker than a leader lackadaisical attitude or demeanor.
I mean, why would team members give the Project/Tasks/Responsibility their all when the lead Guy/Gal exudes a Ho-Hum approach?
If the leader doesn't believe in the mission 100% getting the team fully on board will be nearly a impossible task.
*Confidence.
Believing in yourself and your ability to lead and make decisions are crucial to effective leadership. Not to be confused with arrogance, confidence exudes a positive influence that prods, Nudges, and Yes, when necessary Pushes.
Health confidence expects their team to follow directive, meet their deadlines, and give their best effort.

“Always wake up with a positive mindset and learn to tell yourself, no matter how life comes with difficulties you are going to make it out. There is nothing like a smooth mountain so you got to be built for whatever, in other to be successful you must portray the attribute of patient consistency and dedication. Keep going no condition is permanent.
