The Vanguard Student Unification Party (SUP) of B**g County University (BCU) is shocked and disappointed by the press release made by the Vice President for Administration (VPA) of BCU. We strongly condemn the statement made by the VPA, referring to Mr. Yallah, a former Procurement Director of BCU, as having a "mere Master degree".

We believe that the VPA's comment is a disrespect to all degree holders, especially those who have worked hard to achieve a Master's degree. Earning a Master's degree requires dedication, perseverance, and sacrifice, and it's unacceptable for someone in a leadership position to downplay its value. We wonder if the VPA is aware of the challenges and struggles that come with pursuing a postgraduate degree.

Furthermore, we question the motive behind the VPA's statement. Is it a personal attack or a genuine concern for the university? We urge the VPA to focus on his job and prioritize the needs of the university. As a university community, we are in a transition period that requires focus and collective effort to build a better institution.

We call on the VPA to immediately apologize for his statement and to refrain from making personal attacks. Instead, we urge him to focus on addressing the pressing issues facing the university, such as infrastructure development, academic excellence, and student welfare.

Our people pay taxes and salaries for the VPA to work, not to waste time on personal attacks. Let him focus on the job he is paid for and stop attacking personalities. We will not tolerate any attempt to undermine the dignity and worth of our university's alumni and staff.
