Zero waste Christmas is possible. All you need is a little fantasy. Here are a few ideas:

✔️We love to walk in forests and parks. This is a good opportunity to search for small sticks, pine cones. You can make Christmas tree decorations from small sticks, and color the pine cones with any color you like and put it on a tree.

✔️Use what you have in the kitchen, for example, oranges and cinnamon sticks. Cut oranges very thin in circles, dry them in the oven. Take jute thread and stick the oranges or cinnamon sticks. Put it on the Christmas tree or make a garland. The beautiful aroma will fill the room right away.

I love Christmas because it is your family time. Preparing and waiting for this magical moment to come brings real joy. If you are parents, then festive decorations can be a family project. Kids love to do crafts, especially with parents!

Happy first Sunday of Advent 💚
Tasty Friday! Today we will be making raw crackers. Healthy, energizing - a great snack. You will need:
⠀
✔️dehydrated apples, pears, ginger fibers. Use what left after pressing juice
✔️8 dates
✔️1 cup of raisins
✔️2 spoons of honey
✔️1 cup of coconuts flakes
⠀
After pressing fresh juice I separated beetroot and carrot to prepare salty crackers, and pear, ginger, cidonia, apples to prepare sweet crackers.

1️⃣Mix fibers fruits with dates in a food blender, then add the rest ingredients.
⠀
2️⃣Put everything on an oven tray. Keep the layer thin.
3️⃣Dry in the oven for 8 hours at 50C.
