Healthy Bergamot Tea Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon black tea (with added bergamot oil, such as Earl Grey)
1 cup hot water (about 90°C)
1 slice of lemon (optional)
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
Preparation:

Brew black tea with bergamot in hot water for 3-5 minutes.
Add a slice of lemon and honey to taste.
Stir and let the tea cool slightly before serving.

Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:

Boil shrimp, squid and mussels until done. Cool.
Put lettuce leaves, avocado and cucumber on a plate.
Add boiled seafood.
Dress with olive oil and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
Stir and serve immediately.
