Just had a conv with a friend and she asked my why her hair never feels soft with cond in it . We just realised that she would leave her hair completely soaked and then apply conditioner .

Please tell me we all know that conditioner should always go on really well squeezed hair or better towel dried . We do all know this right ??? 🤔 as the conditioner won't be able to pe*****te .
