My name is Marine Bathfield, I am an exercise specialist and I am offering personal training sessions in Mauritius. I studied in Cape Town (South Africa) at HFPA (Health and Fitness Professional Academy) for two years. I have an ''Advanced Certificate in Exercise Science'', and two certificates in: ''Essentials Of Nutrition'' and ''Weight Management''. Prices:

What a weekend!

A big thank you to and Sean for the quality of coaching, attention to detail, and the way you broke down technique so clearly. I’ve learned so much in such a short time, and it’s already changed the way I approach lifting.

Really enjoyed every part of the course — from the fundamentals to the small technical cues that make all the difference.

Now excited to keep practicing, refining my technique, and getting better at weightlifting every day 💪

4️⃣F Lunges + R Lunges
5️⃣Shoulder raises

7️⃣ Pistol Squats
8️⃣ Plank push

1 min rest between the rounds 🌞

That moment you realize you have overestimated yourself 🤢⁣

I haven’t done any high intensity training for the past 3 months.. and believe me I felt the pain.. 🥵⁣

I’ve been a lot less at the gym lately, but a lot more on sports field. It’s not always easy to make time for every discipline. But after today, I feel like I really need to make some changes in my schedule. 😜⁣

At the moment I’m focusing on my sport activities. ⁣
However I keep one day in the week for strength training. ⁣
