What a weekend!
A big thank you to and Sean for the quality of coaching, attention to detail, and the way you broke down technique so clearly. I’ve learned so much in such a short time, and it’s already changed the way I approach lifting.
Really enjoyed every part of the course — from the fundamentals to the small technical cues that make all the difference.
Now excited to keep practicing, refining my technique, and getting better at weightlifting every day 💪

3️⃣Skipping Rope
4️⃣F Lunges + R Lunges
5️⃣Shoulder raises
6️⃣ Burpees
7️⃣ Pistol Squats
8️⃣ Plank push
1 min rest between the rounds 🌞

That moment you realize you have overestimated yourself 🤢
I haven’t done any high intensity training for the past 3 months.. and believe me I felt the pain.. 🥵
I’ve been a lot less at the gym lately, but a lot more on sports field. It’s not always easy to make time for every discipline. But after today, I feel like I really need to make some changes in my schedule. 😜

Aaaaah…! I know that I don’t post as I often as I used to.😅
At the moment I’m focusing on my sport activities.
However I keep one day in the week for strength training.
It is essential for:
1. Preventing injuries
2. Enhancing sport performance
3. Maintaining muscle mass (during long cardio activities, your body tends to burn muscle mass)
