Day 7 of 21 day purification cleanse almost complete. I've stayed strong as my children chow on all the snacks. I haven't felt a lot of detox symptoms which is a good sign, but mostly I have discovered great self control during cravings. I am strong! Down two pounds. Less bloating. Let's do this!

Today is a day of rest for us. No makeup. Family time. Drinking coffee in a mug that was my grandmothers. This is not easy for me. I go go go go go until I burn out. I'm struggling emotionally and spiritually with going down this path of faith and priorities and letting business wait. So it's been a roller coaster today. But! With faith, I know these days of letting go will get easier. Pray for me!
