Lhasa Fitwear is a concept of sportswear, made in Mexico, committed to the environment. Our idea is to create garments with high quality and sustainable materials for today's woman who does not have to choose performance over style.

All our pieces are made by Mexican hands, with state-of-the-art technology (MaxyDry, Antimicrobial, SPF 30, high compression and special seams for the best performance of the garment).

Most of our products are made from recycled PET. Around 17 bottles are recycled for every meter that we use in the production of our garments, that is, we contribute to give a second use to all the PET waste that is generated on our planet, also in this way we help prevent this plastic reach our seas.

It is our intention to link all the people who are committed to the best version of themselves and their environment, we invite you to join our community and be part of this change.

Our incredible pedicure is a ritual of purification and rest!
-First we wash your feet with energized water prepared with essential oils, purifying flowers and bath salts! 🛁🌺
-we exfoliate your feet with our house scrub made of sea salts, bergamot oil and green tea🍃
- we cut or shape your nails and remove cuticles if necessary✨
- you will have a delicious mask that will help you refresh and lighten your feet🌟
- we will paint your nails💅🏼
- we finish with a deep foot and calf massage.💆🏼

All this while enjoying a cup of hot tea!🍵

What is Palo Santo? 🪵

Palo Santo, which means “holy wood” or “wood of the saints”, is a mystical tree that grows on the coast of South America and is related to Frankincense, Myrrh, and Copal. 🪔

Burning these sticks is a sacred practice used by Indigenous communities of the Andes to cleanse their space and ward off evil spirits. This practice is called smudging – a spiritual practice where you clear your energy fields using a piece of burning Palo Santo or a herb bundle, such as white sage.🧿🔥

Benefits of Palo Santo

Palo Santo is traditionally used as a natural remedy for colds and flu, as well as symptoms of stress. It is also known to relieve asthma, headaches, anxiety, depression, and reduce inflammation.

Cleansing

Similar to Sage and Cedar, Palo Santo is most widely used for spiritual purification and energy cleansings. Once the wood sticks are burned, the smoke clear negative energy and restore tranquility and calm emotions.

Burning Palo Santo wood creates an uplifting, pleasant, fresh smoke that works miracles in keeping away mosquitoes and other insects. It is said that the smell enhances creativity.
