When you move your head do you feel restricted, almost like there’s tight strings tugging and fighting against your movement? You may also feel this sensation through your upper back, shoulders even your throat and jaw…Well, the nerves exit our skull and go through our entire body from face to toes. FEE: 200 pesos for the 4 one hour class series payable at the first class.
There are 6 Flows (series of movements) in this method of Qigong. This 4 class block will address 2 of these which focus on promoting balance for the Immune System, Stomach, Spleen and overall well-being.
These 2 flows were taught to patients in Xi Hospital, Beijing China with very good results in helping with stage 2 Liver cancer.
Utilizing visualization, dynamic flowing movements and meditation, all can benefit for years to come from this practice.

Anterior Scalene Technique The anterior scalene muscles run from the anterior tubercles of the transverse processes of the third through sixth cervical vertebrae to the first rib. With the other scalene muscles, they laterally flex the head and neck to the same side with the ribs fixed and rotate the head and neck to the opposite side. Bilaterally the scalenes elevate the ribs during inhalation and the anterior scalene flexes the head and neck.
