👇Start with protocol.👇
✅Drink 8 -12 oz of water you've charged by pointing the device over the water (use glass only) for 30 to 60 seconds.
(I charge a 2.5 gallon glass container for use throughout the day. Charge lasts for 24 hours)

✅Wand the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet, 30 to 60 seconds each

✅Start slowly with other areas of the body, focusing on areas that need an immunity boost, or areas of pain or inflammation. If an area is inflamed, stick to the 'cool' setting of the device.

✅Stimulate the vagus nerve and also the lymph system by wanding those areas. Charts are found online and there are posts here as well as in the Guides.

✅If there is muscular pain you many spend more time in that area. Make sure you are handling the basic protocol well. The worse that can happen are symptoms of heavy detox, which means you need to slow down. This is a great way to really learn to be in tune with your body and the signals it gives you.

✅Intention is half the process here! As in life, what you set your mind to and your heart on usually comes to be. Be relaxed, calm, expectant and grateful for a body that, when given the chance, finds a way to heals itself.

✅End your session with another 30 to 60 seconds on your palms and soles along with an 8 to 12 oz glass of water.

🚫Implants, metals, mesh etc. are contraindicated so be mindful of where you point the wand. Pregnant women, mensurating women, high blood pressure and congestive heart patients should also avoid directing the wand in certain areas. You can support the whole body thru the acupressure points in the hands and feet and the charged water supports your body as well.
🚫Avoiding cold AC and showers for 4 hours after your session amplifies the effect of the frequencies.

🌞Remembering to get out in the sun for at least 15 min a day helps your system stay warm which aids in the body healing itself!
