1. Glycolic acid that high in concentration.
✅Glycolic acid sejenis AHA but AHA recommended untuk korang guna if low concentration ya. Recommended 5% below sahaja. Kalau 7% macam The Ordinary ni memang sis tak recommend. So better switch to Lactic Acid.

2. Alpha Arbutin serum 2%
✅Ramai yang tak alert yang Alpha Arbutin ni actually ada similar effect with Hydroquinone. Cuma Alpha Arbutin diluluskan oleh FDA and pharmacist. So it’s better untuk avoid high percentage of Alpha Arbutin during pregnancy ya.

3. All types of retinol
✅Actually tak ada solid evidences pun yang retinol ni bagi negative effects on pregnancy cuma doctor recommend untuk avoid ya sebagai extra precaution step.

4. Chemical sunscreen
✅ No study to date has shown that chemical sunscreens play a direct role in causing harm to human health. Understandably, however, pregnant individuals do not want to take on this risk. The easy answer is to use mineral sunscreens instead
