Veiled woman of the world, we may be protected from natural elements such as the rain, sunlight , wind etc but we need to take care of it, before it leads to dryness and hair fall.
Because we care about your hair , here are some tips for you hijabis to aid nourish your hair, and stay beautiful.
♦️ Avoid wrapping the scarf over your hair tightly. This will prevent your scalp from breathing, which leads to dryness and itchiness
♦️ Always wear scarves made of natural fabrics, such as cotton or silk. Other artificial fabrics could lead to split ends and hair breakage as they cause friction with your hair
♦️ If you do decide to adorn artificial fabrics such as nylon and polyester, do wear a bandana under your scarf as a protective layer
♦️ Tie your hair in a loose ponytail or a bun under the hijab. Pulling your hair tightly can weaken your hair strands and lead to hair fall
♦️ Always try to change the way you part your hair from time to time. This prevents your front hair line from thinning and falling
♦️ If you have been wearing your hijab for a long time, do brush your hair at least twice a day for better blood circulation and a healthier scalp
♦️ At home, it’s best to untie your headscarf immediately and let your hair loose for an hour or two, this helps your scalp to breathe better.
♦️ Avoid wearing your headscarf when your hair is still wet, dampness leads to dandruff.
