1.Reading , monitoring and responding to the superior’s call , email and message .
2.Preliminary drafting of correspondence on the superior’s behalf
3.Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
4.Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
5.Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
6.Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
7.Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
8.Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
Personal Assistant responsibilities and Job Requirements :
1.Flexibility and adaptability and working under pressure.
2.Excellent interpersonal communication skills,both verbal and written.
3.Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
5.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
6.Goal Oriented, self-motivated, disciplined, leadership, team player, aggressive, brave, honest, thirst for success
7.Required language : Bahasa Malaysia, English, other language is an added advantage.
8.Advanced level skills in word for Windows , Microsoft Power Point and Excel .

- Candidate must have video making, motion picture design or Youtubing or equivalent experience

- Portfolio is required

JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Brainstorming and idea scheming for creativity and storyboards
- Experience in video shooting, animation design or Youtube
- Produce videos, develop & execute online & offline marketing materials to design out all concepts, designs, visuals
- Good sense in photography and art/packaging design
- Continuously discover work out with marketing team for campaign, event or design job tasks be assigned
- To assist retail outlets, store concept & visual merchandising
- Involve in photography in products mood shot/testimonials customer photo shooting production/project schedule coordination & ex*****on

REQUIREMENT :

JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Processing orders via email or phone
- Checking data accuracy in orders and invoice
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
- Answer phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
- Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format
- Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product
- Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
- Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems
- Arranges appointments with clients and sales team
- Acknowledge customers by responding to emails, texts, messenger, Whatsapp, Wechat, and phone calls
- Deals with any customer complaints and resolves issue as necessary
- Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting, product information of sales team with necessary documents
- Pack sample for customers
- Make product registration like KKM, Labtest, GS1 or similar connection.

REQUIREMENT :
- 21-40
- Diploma/Degree holder
- Have experience as Production Supervisor or similar role is a bonus
