I wish I looked like how I used to when I was in my 20s …

Well I guess I may not be able to do that .. but I can still look good and maintain a healthy weight.

With all the progesterone decline and cortisol increase … bloating / anxiety / cravings- it’s a battle but one step at a time helps.
I have figured a way to stop the tummy bloating and cravings and I can even wear crop tops.😁😜

It’s still a journey to finding what works and what doesn’t.

Do you suffer from cracked heels???

Every time I had my pedicure done, I would get embarrassed when they commented on my dry flaky chaffed heels. I’ve had to get them to slough it off with a machine or sometimes peeled off with a kind of knife thing.

But today I was proud to have her touch my feet 😍NO MORE CRACKED HEELS??
