Barbershops, hair salons can only open if Health Ministry advises so, says Ismail Sabri PUTRAJAYA: The Health Ministry has yet to advise the government on the re-opening of hair salons and barber shops, said Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
