Position: LKA Sales Rep cm Merchandiser
Company: Brand Dynamics Sdn Bhd
Location: Balakong
Working hour: 8.30am – 6pm
Working Days: 5 days a week
Salary Package : RM 3000+ (inclusive commission + allowance)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Solid experience in FMCG sales minimum 3-4 years (preferably with personal care experience)
- Good network with buyers of supermarket/key accounts
- Qualification: SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
- Skills:
· Computer Literate, proficient in MS Office
· Strong analytical skills, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
· Capable of multitasking with good follow-through skills
· Self-driven, making things happen

- Compulsory possess own vehicle (car)

JOB ROLES:
- Work closely with current key accounts to build sales growth and manage all promotion campaigns effectively, delivering value to the business with chain LKA supermarkets, hypermarkets and or convenience stores
Sales & Promotion Responsible:
- Planning of all sales and review sales performance and promotion effectiveness, both sell-in and sell sales by category, brands and sub-brands on monthly and YTD basis; to identify opportunities to drive improvement for the account.
- Plan and execute marketing promotion activities and monitor and track sales achievement vs target.
Operations
- Regular in-store visit frequency to ensure implementation of brand presence and visual roll-out of communications, checks to ensure visibility of stocks and display, and availability at all times.
- Check and confirm any stocks return is in accordance with policy and in the best interest of the business.
- Manage stocks off-takes and ensure replenishment to ensure the availability of the products in stores at all times.
- Execute effective plans to run down aged stocks in a timely manner.
Relationship Management
- Proactively engage and maintain close relationships with key accounts to achieve sell-in and sell-out targets.
- Assist in key accounts-related issues and day-to-day operation matters
- To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time
