家庭版sambal
🛒 材料 Ingredients
干辣椒 20条(泡软)
20 dried chilies (soaked until soft)
大红葱 3粒
3 shallots
糖 2汤匙
2 tbsp sugar
盐 少许
A pinch of salt
油 适量
Cooking oil
👩‍🍳 做法 Method
① 准备辣椒
把干辣椒剪段后泡热水约15分钟,再沥干。
Cut dried chilies into pieces and soak in hot water for about 15 minutes, then drain.
② 搅拌材料
将干辣椒、新鲜辣椒打成辣椒糊。
Blend dried chilies,shallots into a smooth paste.
③ 爆香炒辣椒
热锅下油,把辣椒糊倒入,小火慢炒约20–30分钟。
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chili paste over low heat for about 20–30 minutes.
👉 要不停翻炒,直到:
油开始分离
香味出来
颜色变深
Keep stirring until:
the oil separates,
the aroma becomes fragrant,
and the color darkens.
④ 调味
加入糖、盐、再继续炒香。
Add sugar, salt, then continue cooking until fragrant.

4 tbsp curry powder

👩‍🍳 做法 Method
① 搅拌香料
把大红葱、姜、香茅和干辣椒一起打成糊。
Blend shallots, ginger, lemongrass, and dried chilies into a smooth paste.
② 炒香咖喱粉
热锅下油,加入咖喱粉,小火炒香约1分钟。
Heat oil in a pan, add curry powder ,and sauté for about 1 minute over low heat.

哥哥负责掌勺,
我负责当助厨在旁边打杂,
而我最伟大的妈妈,今天什么都不用做,
只负责好好坐着、慢慢吃、开心地笑。
原来最幸福的母亲节,
不是满桌山珍海味,
而是厨房里有人忙碌,餐桌前有人等待,
一家人平平淡淡,却温暖得刚刚好。 🫶🏻

#晚餐吃什麼
胃有点不舒服,
今天不点外卖,也不吃太重口味。
给自己简单煮了一餐:
马铃薯丝、萝卜丝、卷心菜一起清炒,
再配上炸鸡胸和一颗水煮蛋。🥔🥬🥚
原来清淡一点,
胃舒服了,心也会慢慢安静下来。
照顾好自己,
比什么都重要。✨

有没有人和我一样喜欢泡这种青辣椒来配面食一起吃...
准备材料:
青辣椒 10根
小米辣 2根
糖 40-50克
醋 盖过食材
无油无水瓶子一个
制作过程:
1.把青辣椒,小米辣切好(记得把水分控干在切,要不然腌制过程会发霉)
2.把食材放进罐子(一层青辣椒,一层小米辣,一层糖这样味道均匀)
3.把醋倒置盖过食材就行,泡制1-2天就能食用
Anyone else like me who enjoys pickling green chilies to eat with noodles...?
Ingredients:
10 green chilies
2 small red chilies
40-50g sugar
Vinegar (enough to cover the ingredients)
One oil-free, water-free jar
Instructions:
1. Chop the green and small red chilies (make sure they are well-drained before chopping, otherwise they will mold during pickling).
2. Put the ingredients into the jar (layering green chilies, small red chilies, and sugar for even flavor).
3. Pour in the vinegar, just enough to cover the ingredients. Let it pickle for 1-2 days before eating.
