Sejak utamakan diffuse untuk mudah tidur, tidur lena / deep sleep buat si Aiden, maka jarang dah diffuse 3 eo ni waktu tidur.

Dan lately, kerap2 episod bersin pagi-pagi, bersin waktu tengah tidur berlaku antara Eka & Aiden. Simptom sinus datang semula la tu.

Sebelum ni, waktu Aiden 5/6yo dan masih di kindy, mmg almost tiap mlm diffuse Thieves + RC, Lemon pulak apply di dada utk kurang terbatuk/tersedak sebab kahak.

Resultnya, mmg kami both sgt kurang bersin2 waktu pagi dan Aiden pun, alhamdulillah sentiasa terpelihara kesihatan dia.

Ni Eka kena start diffuse balik as our nightly routine lah nampaknya. It works for us, keeping our sinuses away at most time.

FRANKINCENSE:

Known as the KING OF OILS.
You will find Frankincense ni dalam blends yang power2 like *Trauma Life, Acceptance, Valor.* What can you do with Frankincense?

1. Emotional trauma - ada cara applicationnya.
2. Skin support – dari zaman dulu lagi, Frankincense is known to help with beauty and Cleopatra was gifted with Frankincense instead of gold. You can use this in many ways – drop under your tongue, apply direct to your skin, drop in your moisturizer before you apply on your face.
3. Respiratory support - for cough and tonsillitis.
4. New born baby, apply everyday
a) Use Frank at head area everyday and your child alertness will be on the high side.
b) When use on baby, drop on your palm dulu not direct on baby’s head. Personally I tak dilute when using on baby, but you should follow guidelines and do what you are most comfortable with. Frank is not a hot oil.
5. Regeneration – since Frankincense ni is also an oil with monoterpenes, dia sangat bagus to restore balik good information. This is why it is good to combat CANCER as it regenerates back the good cells. Frankincense is an oil that is good for almost everything and it is an oil that is used a lot for healing since the ancient times.
6. Ego - Frankincense is also good to manage orang ego tinggi - just diffuse.
7. Chakra - When comes to CHAKRA, it is good for ALL chakra points. Particularly good for your THIRD EYE chakra which is connected to wisdom and also sleep.

WINTERGREEN:

1. Muscle, joint and bone support.
2. Relieved cramp.
3. People w Epilepsy, use with caution.
4. Putihkan gigi
5. Migrain, headache
6. Dari segi emotional usage, this oil is very good for oil surrender. Eg: org yg controlling, too obsessed.
a) Can diffuse or apply over the heart or dekat perut.
b) For left brainer (logic) diffuse or apply over heart.
7. For org ada issue limiting belief (Wintergreen diffuse waktu pg, Black Pepper during the day, Juniper malam before tido). Try diffuse ni for few weeks.
8. Energy blend: 5 lemon+3 peppermint+ 2 spearmint+ 3 wintergreen, diffuse.

TAK PERLU.
Ada essential oil, jalan.
Boleh drop je kat tilam, fabrik sofa, carpet...
Atau, campur dengan air, letak dalam botol spray.
Spray la satu rumah.

Dah tu, KENAPA GUNA DIFFUSER?

Sebab, bila kita drop pada pada fabrik,
ia meruap pada kawasan setempat saja.
Bila kita spray, kita tak sentiasa goncang.
Boleh jadi yang kita spray tu sebenarnya cuma air je.
Minyak dan air tidak bersatu hati, kan?

Berbeza bila kita guna diffuser.
