Most employees don’t need another meeting.

They need a moment to pause🌿

Over the past three days, I had the privilege of guiding Sound Bath sessions for HSBC leaders and team members at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur.

Many people are functioning, but not truly resting.

The body may leave work at the end of the day, but the nervous system often remains switched on.

Meeting after meeting.
Deadline after deadline.

Without realising it, stress becomes the background noise of everyday life.

Through sound, breath, and guided awareness, participants were invited to slow down🧘‍♂️

To release tension.

To move from doing into simply being.

And sometimes, that small pause creates a meaningful shift.✨

A calmer mind.🧠

A softer body.🧘🏻‍♀️

A clearer perspective.✨

What touched me most was seeing participants become curious about the experience —asking questions, exploring the instruments, and wanting to understand why they suddenly felt more relaxed, grounded, and present.

Corporate wellbeing is no longer a luxury.

It is one of the most meaningful investments an organisation can make.

Because behind every high-performing team is a regulated nervous system.

🔔 Gong Practitioner Training Successfully Completed

Six days of immersive learning,
from understanding the nature of the gong,
assembling gong stands,
matching gongs with the appropriate setup,
playing techniques,
client applications,
to experiencing a complete Gong Puja.

Each participant arrived with a different background,
yet was brought together by a shared passion for sound and healing.

This year, in addition to students from Malaysia,
we were also honored to welcome participants from the LA and Macau, making this gathering even more meaningful.

Our heartfelt gratitude to Master Fang Bo-Hua for traveling all the way to Malaysia to share his wisdom, experience, and dedication.

Thank you to every student for your commitment, trust, and willingness to learn.

May you continue to journey with sound,

有時候我們在塵世中奔波太久，身上沾滿了無形的灰塵，累得都忘了怎麼停下來。我們忙著應付生活的喧囂、吸收過載的資訊，卻在某個瞬間發現——我們的身心，已經承載了太多不屬於自己的重量。

但在2026年的6月1日，宇宙為我們敞開了一道充滿慈悲的光之門。

這一天是衛塞節，是紀念佛陀降生、成道與涅槃的神聖日子。在這一天，高頻而純粹的佛陀意識將如金色的柔光般籠罩著我們。天地彷彿在說：「孩子，你可以卸下重擔了，讓光與聲音為你洗淨一切。」
這不僅是一次深層的能量轉化，更是一場為靈魂舉辦的沐光慶典。

聲波與佛光的交織：7.5小時不間斷的深度洗滌
這場慶典將由方柏驊老師帶領，並由20多位參與深化培訓的優秀銅鑼師輪流接力敲鑼。在整整450分鐘（7.5小時）裡，銅鑼的聲音會不間斷地震動、流動，就像大自然的潮汐，一波一波地沖刷你的疲憊。

你只需要允許好聽的聲音、不好聽的聲音都流過你，保持一個沒有得失心的純粹放鬆狀態。你可以睡著，也可以進入放空或冥想狀態，音波和振動就會自動為你進行深度的能量調校與還原：

• 釋放深層疲憊與淤積能量： 身體的沉重感與疲倦，常源於生活中長期累積的緊繃。銅鑼深沉的震動能穿透表層，帶動全身的能量流動，幫助身心卸下不必要的重擔，恢復輕盈與活力。

• 清理累積的壓力與焦慮： 聲波會幫助內在的緊張找到出口，將那些平時說不出口的委屈、隱藏的煩躁與情緒印記，溫柔地接納並轉化。

• 讓大腦停機，找回寧靜： 面對過多的資訊，銅鑼的聲音能讓腦波慢下來，宛如按下重置鍵，幫助思緒變得清晰，內心恢復穩定。

Feeling truly honored to be invited as one of the exhibitors at the PETRONAS MESTIfit4Health Wellness Roadshow held at the PETRONAS Twin Tower Fitness Centre. ✨

The turnout over the past two days was incredibly heartwarming, and we’re deeply grateful for the curiosity, openness, and support received throughout the event.

We were also happy to have conducted sound bath sessions during the roadshow, creating moments of pause, relaxation, and reconnection in the middle of a busy day. 🌿
