LEMON ESSENTIAL OIL

I ❤️ LEMON. Lemon mempunyai banyak dan luas faedah nya. Dari hujung rambut sampai ke hujung kaki. Apa yang akan I kongsikan ni, adalah apa yang telah I amalkan. Lebih mudahkan kerja sejak join Young Living, sebab semuanya tersedia dalam botol 😁.

• KULIT KEPALA
Masalah kulit kepala yang kebanyakan kita mengalami nya, tak kira lah kulit kepala gatal, kelemumur atau pun berminyak, hanya titik kan setitik dua Lemon ke atas shampoo rambut, gaulkan dan cuci seperti biasa. Amal kan setiap kali mencuci rambut, nahhhhh lihat lah hasil nya. InsyaAllah, pasti berbaloi.

• KULIT WAJAH
Kalau rasa rasa nya kulit wajah kita agak berminyak, masalah jerawat, warna kulit tidak sekata, atau untuk mencerahkan kulit sekali pun... bukan memutih kan nya ok!
Guna je setitik dua setiap malam selama 3 hari dalam seminggu. Lihat lah hasil nya nanti.
Hanya pada malam hari sahaja kita gunakan lemon ni tau. Bukan di siang hari dibawah terik matahari, kerana Lemon bersifat fotosistesis (*sila buat kajian apa itu fotosintesis 😊)

• KUKU
Senang je kalau nak hilangkan warna kuku yang dah agak agak muram je warna nya. Senang je cara nya nak membelai. Basah kan kapas agak agak basah je, titis kan lemon dan gosok kan kat kuku tu. Cuba try ok... 😉. Ingat, lemon jugak sebagai pembasmi kuman, so kaki kita pun akan "terpelihara" lah dari gangguan bau bau yang kurang menyenang kan 😅.

Have you noticed? KIDS LOVE ESSENTIAL OILS!

Maybe it's their curious nature. I dont know about your household but in mine, the youngest will always pop up whenever it's time to fill up the diffuser. It's like they have their antenna on just for that!

I have another thought and I have a feeling that perhaps their little bodies are more sensitive to pick up the positivity that the oils generate.

What's your theory?

Well whatever the reason, mak ayah, mummy daddy, mama baba, ummi abi, (or whatever your kids call you), make full use of them!

Take advantage of these gifts from God, the all natural, non synthetic, essence of plants that works so harmoniously with the human body, especially the little ones'!

Not sure what to use? There are a whole lot of references online on how to parent with essential oils (and EOs is such a handy tool!) but just remember to dilute, dilute, dilute. I recommend Young Living's V6 oil to use for dilution. You can't go wrong with that.

Remember, their bodies are a whole lot smaller than our's so a little goes a long way. And always, ALWAYS use pure, authentic essential oils ONLY. Better yet, just make sure they're Young Living. They have a Seed To Seal promise.
