Exfoliation? Apa tu? Yang scrub tu ke?
Okay basically exfoliation terbahagi kepada dua:
1. physical exfoliator
2. chemical exfoliator
physical exfoliator ni macam scrub yang selalu kita nampak kat drugstore tu. yang ada biji-biji halus tu. The thing yang use brush to clean your face pun dikira physical exfoliator.
chemical exfoliator pulak product yang kita pakai AHA and BHA dekat muka, kita urut-urut muka kita dengan product tanpa bilas. AHA = Alpha hydroxy acid , BHA = Beta hydroxy acid
Why kene exfoliate?
sbb kulit kita akan shed kan kulit mati so kita kene remove. kalau tak remove nanti dia akan clog our pores.
so memang kita kene exfoliate kulit kita gently. Kalau kasar-kasar boleh jadi reason for micro-tear dekat kulit. tu boleh jadi punca jerawat jugak.
Recommended untuk exfoliate 2-3 times a week. Over exfoliate pun tak elok jugak. Boleh buat kulit jadi kering and kemerah-merahan.
