For some time, I noticed I had some swelling on both my ankles. A check with the doctor confirmed that the condition is one of the side effects of the hypertension medication I was taking. I had to change the medication.
To treat the swelling ankle, I applied a healing balm and gave my ankles a massage. The swelling subsided and the pain was relieved. The balm is safe to use, made of essential oils, and devoid of any toxic chemicals.

Recently my brother requested me to harvest his belimbi or carambola tree that was covered with belimbi fruits. What should I do with so much of the fruits?
I harvested 2 big bags of them; half I gave away to some friends and for the balance I made jams and savory preserved fruits put in jars. The result was a delight as they became good gifts for neighbors, especially the elderly folks.
I am wondering what else I can do with them.

I was eating dried figs and later started looking for fresh figs. Fresh figs are not readily available and when they are, I've to pay a good price for them.
Two years ago I started growing fig plants in pots on my balcony. When fruiting time comes I get a satisfactory harvest. One of my 'trees' is fruiting now. A delightful sight for me! How many of you have this same interest? Do share with me.

A last-minute recipe!
I was given notice at the eleventh hour that it was my turn to cook a meal for a Sunday lunch gathering! Looking at my phone, I quickly checked the internet and found a recipe I had used before.. A quick dash to the grocery to get my ingredients and voila! I had my meal prepared. Western-eastern fusion. A tom yum creamy spaghetti dish.

A Taste of Honey!
At times when I can't decide what to drink, a taste of honey comes to my mind. Recently I came across a particular honey from Western Australia that has a very pleasant undescribable taste and I loved it! I love my honey drink with mint leaves and a slice of lemon in it. Remembering all the good benefits that come with honey, it is indeed a good boost for the day! Would anyone turn away a honey drink? Let me know why you would drink honey.

Shoulder pain is very annoying. It distresses you and make you mourn. I hurt my shoulder yesterday when I picked up a heavy parcel from the Post. Remembering that I was given a jar of healing balm for standby, I used it to rub on the affected area. Amazingly, the pain subsided and I got a relief!
How many of you had experienced a shoulder pain or any other kind of pain?
