I’ve been trying out the Rouge Blush Tutu 212, and I finally understand why so many people love this shade. It’s that kind of pink that gives a clean, fresh “awake” look — without being too strong or too cool.

On fair–light skin:
Tutu melts in really naturally. It gives a soft rosy lift that brightens the face instantly, especially on neutral or cool undertones.

On medium–tan skin:
It still works beautifully, but more as a topper. I like layering it over a warm or neutral blush so it adds that fresh pop without sitting too light on the skin. It gives such a pretty, brightening finish.

On deeper tones:
It can be used very lightly, but it definitely needs a warm blush underneath so it doesn’t look ashy. Think of it as a soft highlight-blush rather than the main color.

It’s one of those shades that looks delicate in the pan, but on the cheeks it just brings the whole face to life. 💗✨
