This month, I am trying out Peace and Calming + Bergamot.

Chillaxing + Invigorating.

Kind to my skin as it is made of natural ingredients.

Ada Ylang Ylang, Blue Tansy and Tangerine plus a dash of my favourite citrus : Bergamot.

For 1 bottle, I add 5 drops each.

I am rotating my EOs so today's turn is Thieves + Lemon for cleaner air.

Why do I like to add on citrus-base oils on top of Thieves?

Because I personally prefer the refreshing scent of Lemon/Orange as it complements certain EO perfectly. (Also because Danil prefers citrus-base oils so I have to be considerate lah kan..) #2020

This mixed fruit drink has improved my overall wellness so much and I am ever so grateful to have found a natural yet delicious way to stay a-okay!

Improved bowel movements is one of the greatest changes for me and I am not shy to admit it. Have had this issues for years and years and it only took a super fruit juice to tame the tummy troubles away.

So here's to Ningxia, and special appreciation to my incidental model, Dinda!

He only gave me 1 hour before he dropped by after work and luckily I have my personal stash of Lavender and Peace & Calming since both oils are my furkids' favourites! 😍

I diluted both oils and put roller caps on for easy application.

Finishing off minor details before we kick start our financial relief packages.

A new record of leaving the office at 10pm ever since I joined late last year 🤔.

Got home just before 11, ate burger.

Had me shower, chose tomorrow's outfit and before bed decided to diffuse the classic snoozeland blend: Lavender+Cedarwood and sprayed my favourite Seedlings Linen Spray.

Then went to kiss everyone goodnight. The furkids were cozily sleeping on the sofa next to Danil.

Always a habit to go to the kitchen to grab a glass of water.

And lookie lookie. Dinda making herself comfortable on the bed. She always loves Lavender ever since she was a lil baby. 🥰🥰🥰.
