Minyak kelapa dara adalah pelembap semulajadi dan mempunyai sifat antibakteria.

Bahan:
2 sudu besar Minyak Kelapa Dara
1 sudu kecil baking soda

Penyediaan:
Campurkan semua bahan dan kacau sehinga sebati. Sapukan pada wajah dan biarkan selama 5 minit. Kemudian cuci wajah dengan air suam. Urut wajah perlahan-lahan bagi melancarkan pengaliran darah.

Minyak kelapa dara akan melembapkan kulit anda. Jika kita berada di kawasan iklim tropika, biasanya sudah tidak perlu lagi menggunakan pelembap selepas menjalani proses ini.

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons of extra virgin coconut oil
1 teaspoon of baking soda

Preparation:

Combine the ingredients in some bowl and mix them well until you get a paste. Apply the resulting paste on the desired area. Leave it to work for 5 minutes and then wash it off with warm water. Massage the treated area at the end. The coconut oil will hydrate the skin, which means that shouldn’t apply a moisturizer when the procedure is done especially if you are in tropical weather.
