Terms & Conditions

1. Chinese New Year surcharge will apply from 26th January to 15th February 2026. Surcharge rates are as per below:
26/1 - 01/2 (RM10)
02/2 - 08/2 (RM15)
09/2 - 15/2 (RM20)

2. A RM50 deposit is required to secure each booking.

3. Deposits are non-refundable. Any cancelation, changes and lateness of more than 15 minutes will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Changes in appointment slot must be made at least 5 days before the date of appointment and is subject to availability.

5. As this is peak season, please be on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the design will be adjusted to fit the time slot.

6. CRNailz reserves the right to amend these terms at any time as it sees fit.
