Last night was an eye opening talk by Jen O'Sullivan. A fantastic essential oil educator.

One statistic blew me away.

It charts the astounding rise of Malaysian mental health issues. As of 2015, 40% of people in Kuala Lumpur reported troubles with their mental health.

One known cause of this are chemicals known as endocrine disruptors...like parabens, phthalates and so on. They're in everything...shampoo, body wash, hand soap, makeup, household cleaning products.

It matters what you put on your skin. It's the body's largest organ and it absorbs a lot of what goes on it.

Please read up on the chemicals you need to avoid in your personal care and household products. Then check your beauty cabinet, laundry room and kitchen cabinets to see what are in your products.

We can choose to buy better for ourselves and our families. It matters.
