Dang Gui steam ayam garam ni sesuai untuk orang yg selalu letih dan kurang tenaga batin.💪 Kalau perempuan period sikit, hitam² mcm tu, selalu takut sejuk, susah nak hamil pun elok makan. Dia untuk QI dan BLOOD, inshaAllah lepas period mengamalkan Dang Gui akan jadi lebih bertenaga dan berseri.🌟 Lelaki pun boleh makan, jangan risau. 😆 Dia untuk melancarkan darah, elok jugak. Tapi especially best untuk perempuan. Kalau kata untuk perempuan punya herba selalu ada Dang Gui. Dang Gui boleh bantu kesuburan jugak.🤱 Walaupun Dang Gui ni murah, best, sedap, wangi ada jugak orang yang tak sesuai. Iaitu orang yang sedang berdarah (termasuk orang yg sedang period, sbb dia akan lancarkan darah lagi), orang yang panas dan sudah demam (herba ni agak panas), budak (budak senang panas), pregnant (akan menyebabkan darah lancar nnti cepat budak keluar). Orang darah tinggi yg makan ubat cair darah pun x sesuai makan dang gui ye. Resipi ni xde halia, tapi xkan hanyir punya. Percayalah Aisha jangan derhaka pergi tambah lain. 🤣 Garam tu makesure betul² cuci lepas perap. Lepas tu kalau takut x pandai adjust garam letak sikit je. Lepas steam kalau x cukup rasa baru letak sikit kicap cair masin mcm tu. Natural ways to clean your home 🫧🧼 💫There seems to be more and more interest in natural cleaning lately. Here are some ways I use it to clean. Method: 1. Use one cup of baking soda and 8 drops of essential oil to deodorize your rug/carpet. 2. Use one cup of baking soda and 2 tble spoons of dish soap to clean your oven. 3. Mix one cup of water, one cup of vinegar, and 2 table spoons of dish soap. Use this solution as a glass and mirror cleaner. Lots of love. No drone no problem! @luma_ai I’ll feature 10 creators who try this tutorial, instructions below I’ve been playing around with NeRFs and I saw @luma_ai just came out with this “AR” feature (augmented reality) Instead of manually editing and setting keyframes... You can just *walk* through your scene, just like in real life. Such a game changer. Editing is getting more and more intuitive and it’s exciting to see TIPS - *heads up* the app is getting a surge of people right now, so wait times to process your NeRF are longer than usual - Shoot wide instead of vertical - If you have a wide lens on your phone, use that (not required, default lens also works) - I prefer uploading footage instead of capturing in-app - For advanced tips, look up on YouTube “Create FPV-Like Videos with Your Phone” by @justmdmz - Note: in my finished video, I added a speed ramp and some motion blur in After Effects, but this step is optional ANDROID USERS -  If you’re on an android you can still use their web app (lumalabs.ai) and upload footage. -  You’ll need to edit with keyframes instead of using the augmented reality method - (The mobile app is iPhone only right now) GETTING FEATURED I’ll feature 10 creators on May 22, so you have until May 21 to submit :) tag #karenxnerf You can follow the tutorial, or do your own creative twist.
