Sleep early you will wake around 2.30am, you will toss around, so anyone have experience like mine. Sleep when you feel like sleeping. Rest when you are tired. Listen to your biological clock. Look after you health and sound mind. Learn to let go your troubled emotions. Worries won't benefit you but deprive you of important things in life. Smile, smile, smile it's priceless.
