I'm quite comfortable with my Lifestyle Medicine food intake past fifteen months. I'm getting nearer to my long term goal of dropping 32.0KG body weight (27.0KG remaining).
at a rate of 2.0~2.5KG/mth, I should reach body weight target of 72.0KG around 11-14 months time.
