Boleh beb xda hal la makan je waktu malam tapi ada tapi dia..waktu yang sesuai untuk makan jangan lebih dari pukul 9 seeloknya makanlah pada waktu antra 6-8 malam

Cara makan mesti ada peraturan dia makan lah makanan & cara yang betul..elakkan makanan carbo pada waktu malam makan makanan seperti salad sayur atau buah untuk senangkan proses pembakaran lemak dalam badan
