“Hi, I’m Siow Chei, and I’m 48 years old.

I was one of those people who had been overweight for most of my adult life. I tried many ways to lose weight, including slimming centres, intermittent fasting, and slimming wear. But none of them offered sustainable results — until I joined Fit Mom Project.

I came across Fit Mom Project through a Facebook advertisement five years ago and signed up for my first online trial class. In the beginning, I couldn’t do most of the exercises, but I kept trying and started by attending classes at least once a week.

I’m based in Kuching, Sarawak, and I’m a mother of two. I completed my entire programme online, from losing weight to training my abs!

In my first 4.5 months with Fit Mom Project, I lost 10kg and 14cm off my navel measurement!🎉

I’m so happy with my results and grateful to the Fit Mom Project community for supporting me throughout my fitness journey. I’ve made new friends and become fitter than I’ve ever been in my life.

各位Fit Mom 谢谢你们成就了今天的我！
我是3位孩子的全职妈妈，我就是家里的CEO, 小孩的司机，和一家大小的私人厨师。我相信很多妈妈都和我一样。

我从来没想过自己会成为店主，而且还是2家店。一家在槟城另一家在北海。5月1号是北海FIT MOM的一周年，也是我生命里程碑里一个重要的日子！
