The plantar fascia is a thick band of tissue on the bottom of the foot that supports the arch and absorbs pressure during walking. When it is overstressed or overused, it can become inflamed, causing Plantar Fasciitis.
Common Symptoms:

⚠️真實經歷分享:
年齡漸長,也伴隨著更年期的到來,我的皮膚出現了明顯的變化。睡眠不足、身體機能下降、情緒的起伏更是導致皮膚的問題雪上加霜。
2023年 🔴 當時皮膚狀態處於最糟糕的情況(左上圖),乾燥、黑斑(荷爾蒙斑/黃褐斑)、蠟黃、暗沉、細紋、鬆弛。
雖然做為美容師多年,但礙於想盡快把皮膚養回來,期間親身使用過無數的產品,也並沒有達到理想的效果,反而還出現了敏感和泛紅的問題,加重了嚴重性。
基於了解皮膚原理的情況下,我堅持尋找慢慢根治的方法,必須讓自身皮膚代謝及更生,才能做到不易復發的程度。
2023-2025年 🟡 在不斷地嘗試和調整後,總於找到了安全有效的產品和適合的護理去改善我的皮膚問題。(左下圖)
2025-2026年 🟢 後續我也沒有停止探索最先進的美容黑科技護理,並繼續優化皮膚,毅然選擇最原始安全的方法。如今,我的皮膚已蛻變了至少80%‼️(右上下圖_2026年5月)

Hand fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds the muscles and tendons in the hands and fingers.
When the fascia becomes tight or restricted, common symptoms may include:
