Job Roles & Responsibilities :
• To Promote Company's range of Medical Devices. (Training will be provided)
• To conduct Products Presentation and Demonstration to Customers. (Training will be provided )
• Attend to Customer inquiries and provide excellent retail service experience Pre and Post sale.
• Follow up with clients to make sure that they are satisfied with products and obtain feedback.
• Managing online channels such as the Company's Website, Domain Email, Social Media Accounts, and Online Marketplaces.
• Assist in Back-end Office System as when needed
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned time to time.
Profile Qualification:
• Be able to communicate and understand the business language i.e. English & Mandarin
• Chinese ethnic predominantly (preferable), but other ethnic is also welcome
• Must have had experience in Healthcare related business
• Confident & Pleasant Appearance and Energetic demeanor
REQUIREMENTS:
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia;
• Preferable to speak local dialects;
• Must be computer literate;
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Self motivated, good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Must be willing to travel (within Malaysia)
