At first, I thought it was just something people did to make their garden look nicer. But after adding mulch around my red guava tree, the soil stayed moist longer and the tree just seemed healthier overall. Sometimes it's the simple things that make the biggest difference.

Every meal is a decision.

Not just about taste, convenience, or cravings but about the future you're building for your body.

The foods we choose today can either nourish, repair, and strengthen us, or slowly contribute to illness over time.

Health isn't created overnight. It's built one bite, one meal, and one choice at a time. 🌿

I honestly didn’t expect THIS much difference from just using mulch compost 😳🌿

At first I thought people were exaggerating… but after a few weeks, my plants suddenly started pushing out bigger leaves, growing faster, and looking way healthier than before.

The craziest part? I barely changed anything else.

Now I’m wondering why I didn’t start using it earlier 😂🍃

One of the best smelling flowers in my garden. The scent is soft, calming, and naturally relaxing. Traditionally, it’s also used for herbal teas and believed to help with stress relief, better sleep, and relaxation 🌿

Fresh from the garden, straight from nature.

People always ask me why my garden soil looks so rich and healthy 🌱✨

One thing I never skip? Mulch + compost. I use mulch to protect the soil, keep the moisture in, and stop weeds from taking over. Then I add compost to feed the soil naturally and bring life back into it. Over time, the soil becomes darker, softer, and full of nutrients 🌿

I love using kitchen scraps, dried leaves, and garden waste because nothing goes to waste here ♻️ Nature already gives us everything we need if we learn how to recycle it back into the earth.

Healthy soil = healthy plants 🌻

Most people think fungi growing on wood means something is “rotting” 🌱🍄
But in compost soil, certain fungi actually help break down organic waste properly and reduce bad smells naturally.

Healthy fungi = healthier soil, better decomposition, and less nasty compost odour. Nature really has its own cleanup crew 🌍♻️

Ever noticed how bunga cempaka smells like it costs money… but it’s literally just growing outside for free 🌼😮

Turns out this flower isn’t just pretty people have been using it for ages as a natural fragrance, for calming vibes, and even in spa-like aromatherapy setups 😌✨

Lowkey one of those “nature was cooking” moments.

Have you ever smelled it before?

Bunga cempaka 🌼 is known for its calming floral aroma that helps create a more relaxed and peaceful feeling. Certain natural compounds are often linked to supporting GABA activity a key part of the body connected to relaxation, stress relief, and better sleep ✨🌙

Happy Mother’s Day to the women who somehow do it all.

The ones who clean up our chaos, remember every little thing we lose, and quietly check on us even before we realise something’s wrong. A mother can turn a messy house into a home, a lost moment into comfort, and worry into unconditional love.

Behind every strong family is a mum being the superhero nobody talks about enough. ❤️

Did you manage to get all the quiz answers correct? 👀
Be honest… are you the type to admire the flower or secretly want to bring the whole tree home? 🌳🤣
