I have been using h2o2 for 3 years now, it is amazing
Gargle the 3% solution ( I make it from the 35% food grade) for sore throat gums etc and within 10 minutes no more sore throat
When I feel like I'm getting a cold I use 3 drops of 3% in each ear ( lay on your side for 10 minutes per ear) you can hear it crackle and bubble it feels nice, 2 shots of nasal atomizer of 3% up each nostril and gargle for throat and it BLOWS away the cold
