They grew up so fast..I miss holding them when they were so small..

I felt so depressed on 11/10/2022 when I was at home.. I was having a lot of thoughts..I just didn’t know what to do..Was having suicidal thoughts and at one point I felt like really hurting myself..Like something is telling me to do that..’End this life and free yourself from this suffering’ and that moment I realised I really needed help..I went to the hospital around 11:30pm and explained everything to the doctor and she straight away admitted me in psychiatric ward..My pressure was so high and my heartbeat was beating so fast till they had to put me under ECG to get the reading..Immediately the doctor asked me to admit myself in psychiatric ward..Not even once in my lifetime I thought I will get go through this..The struggle was real..The doctors and the nurses were so kind and they keep checking up on me and talk to me every time I cry..They took away my phone and I couldn’t contact anyone..They locked the ward gate so that the patients can’t go out or run away..The next day my parents came to visit me and the moment I saw them crying because of me that’s when I realised I have to be strong for them..They only can visit me for 10 mins and when they are about to leave my father kissed my hand and his tear fell on my hand..That was so heartbreaking..I have to be strong and stay positive for their sake..Thats the only thought was going on in my mind in that situation..Depression is not a funny thing and trust me when I am saying that..Whoever is having a hard time or going through it please talk to your closed ones and please check on your family and friends..I am grateful for not harming myself and instead of that I consulted a doctor and it was really helpful..
