ADA ANAK REMAJA USIA SEAWAL 12 TAHUN?

FAQ : Saya ada anak perempuan berumur 12 tahun. Seawal umur berapakah anak saya boleh mula menggunakan produk penjagaan kulit? Kerana saya lihat mukanya sudah mula timbul biji-biji seperti jerawat. Sesuaikah dia pakai pencuci muka saya? - Puan N.

1) Apabila kulit muka anak sudah mula timbul blackhead / whitehead atau jerawat pasir, itu adalah tanda-tanda awal ke arah PUBERTI.

2) Pengeluaran sebum/minyak boleh bermula seawal usia 9 TAHUN. Pada fasa ini, anak akan mula memasuki fasa remaja dan hormon mereka akan berubah secara drastik.

3) Perhatikan tanda-tanda perubahan pada kondisi kulit anak seperti samada kering, minyak berlebihan, ada biji-biji halus yang timbul, dan jerawat kecil. Jerawat menandakan bahawa liang pori kulit anak sudah tersumbat.

4) Pada fasa ini, kita sudah boleh mula mendidik anak mengenai pentingnya menjaga pemakanan dan kebersihan kulit. Secara spesifiknya lagi, dedahkan kepada ilmu penjagaan kulit muka.

5) Sama seperti mengajar mereka memberus gigi semasa kanak-kanak, rutin penjagaan kulit yang betul harus mula dipelajari lebih awal sebelum akil baligh menyerang. Dan juga sebelum mereka mula pandai main mekap.
