What to eat if you have a stomach ulcer.
In addition to taking the antibiotics and acid-blocking medications recommended by your doctor for your ulcer treatment, eating these some of the foods may also be helpful against the ulcer-causing bacteria:
🔺cauliflower
🔺blueberries
🔺broccoli
🔺leafy greens, such as kale and spinach
🔺probiotic-rich foods, such as yogurt, kefir, miso, sauerkraut, and kombucha.
🔺garlic
Why they help?
If your stomach ulcer is caused by an H. pylori infection, foods that are rich in antioxidants may be beneficial.
They could help protect and activate your immune system and help fight the infection. They may also help protect against stomach cancer.
Foods to limit when you have acid reflux and an ulcer?
Some people who have an ulcer also have acid reflux.
In some people, certain foods can relax the lower part of the esophagus, known as the lower esophageal sphincter or LES.
A relaxed LES makes it easier for acid to back up into the esophagus and cause heartburn, indigestion, and pain.
Foods that may make acid reflux worse include:
🔸coffee
🔸chocolate
🔸spicy food
🔸alcohol
🔸acidic foods, such as citrus and tomatoes
🔸caffeine
Overeating and eating within two to three hours before bed may also worsen reflux symptoms.
What should I do? What should I do for this osteoporosis? 😱😱
What food I have to take? Exercise? Should I jogging more? But my knee hurt😭
Exercises for Osteoarthritis
1. Range of motion or flexibility exercises
Range of motion refers to the ability to move your joints through the full motion they were designed to achieve.
These exercises include gentle stretching and movements that take joints through their full span.
Doing these exercises regularly can help maintain and improve the flexibility in the joints.
2. Aerobic/endurance exercise
These exercises strengthen the heart and make the lungs more efficient.
Aerobic exercise also reduces fatigue and builds stamina, while helping control weight by increasing the number of calories the body uses.
Examples of this type of exercise includes walking, jogging, bicycling, swimming or using the elliptical machine.
3. Strengthening exercises
These exercises help maintain and improve muscle strength. Strong muscles can support and protect joints that are affected by arthritis.
4. Walking
Free and easy on the joints, walking comes with a host of benefits.
One major plus is that it improves circulation – and wards off heart disease, lowers blood pressure and, as an aerobic exercise, strengthens the heart.
It also lowers the risk of fractures (by stopping or slowing down the loss of bone mass) and tones muscles that support joints.
5. Aquatic (water) exercises
These are particularly helpful for people just beginning to exercise as well as those who are overweight.
Aquatic exercises do not involve swimming, rather they are performed while standing in about shoulder-height water.
The water’s buoyancy helps relieve the pressure of your body’s weight on the affected joints (hips and knees in particular), while providing resistance for your muscles to get stronger.
Regular aquatic exercise can help relieve pain and improve daily function in people with hip and knee OA.
How can diet help with osteoarthritis?
1. Oil fish
Oily fish contain lots of healthful omega-3 fatty acids. These polyunsaturated fats have anti-inflammatory properties so they may benefit people with osteoarthritis.
Example: sardines, mackerel, salmon, fresh tuna
Those who prefer not to eat fish can take supplements that contain omega-3 instead, such as fish oil, krill oil, or flaxseed oil.
Other sources of omega-3 include chia seeds, flaxseed oil, and walnuts. These foods can also help to fight inflammation.
2. Oils
In addition to oily fish, some other oils can reduce inflammation.
Extra virgin olive oil contains high levels of oleocanthal, which may have similar properties to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Avocado and safflower oils are healthful options and may also help to lower cholesterol.
3. Dairy
Milk, yogurt, and cheese are rich in calcium and vitamin D. These nutrients increase bone strength, which may improve painful symptoms.
Dairy also contains proteins that can help to build muscle. People who are aiming to manage their weight can choose low-fat options.
4. Dark leafy greens
Dark leafy greens are rich in Vitamin D and stress-fighting phytochemicals and antioxidants.
Vitamin D is essential for calcium absorption and can also boost the immune system, helping the body to fight off infection.
Dark leafy greens include: spinach, kale, chard, collard greens.
5. Garlic
Like onions and leeks, it contains diallyl disulfide, an anti-inflammatory compound that limits the effects of pro-inflammatory cytokines.
Therefore, garlic can help fight inflammation and may even help prevent cartilage damage from osteoarthritis.

My knee hurts, and the doctor said it's because of osteoarthritis.😭
Osteoarthritis, commonly known as wear-and-tear arthritis is a condition in which the natural cushioning between joints -- cartilage -- wears away.
When this happens, the bones of the joints rub more closely against one another with less of the shock-absorbing benefits of cartilage.
The rubbing results in pain, swelling, stiffness, decreased ability to move and, sometimes, the formation of bone spurs.
What Causes Knee Osteoarthritis?
1. Age. The ability of cartilage to heal decreases as a person gets older.
2. Weight. Weight increases pressure on all the joints, especially the knees. Every pound of weight you gain adds 3 to 4 pounds of extra weight on your knees.
3. Heredity. This includes genetic mutations that might make a person more likely to develop osteoarthritis of the knee.
It may also be due to inherited abnormalities in the shape of the bones that surround the knee joint.
4. Repetitive stress injuries. People with certain occupations that include a lot of activity that can stress the joint, such as kneeling, squatting, or lifting heavy weights (55 pounds or more), are more likely to develop osteoarthritis of the knee because of the constant pressure on the joint.
Diabetes? High sugar level in our blood right? Let's find out more 🧐
DIABETES is a chronic (long-lasting) health condition that affects how your body turns food into energy.
Most of the food you eat is broken down into sugar (also called glucose) and released into your bloodstream.
When your blood sugar goes up, it signals your pancreas to release insulin. Insulin acts like a key to let the blood sugar into your body’s cells for use as energy.
If you have diabetes, your body either doesn’t make enough insulin or can’t use the insulin it makes as well as it should.
When there isn’t enough insulin or cells stop responding to insulin, too much blood sugar stays in your bloodstream.
Over time, that can cause serious health problems, such as heart disease, vision loss, and kidney disease.
If you have any of the following diabetes symptoms, see your doctor about getting your blood sugar tested:
🔻Urinate (p*e) a lot, often at night
🔻Are very thirsty
🔻Lose weight without trying
🔻Are very hungry
🔻Have blurry vision
🔻Have numb or tingling hands or feet
🔻Feel very tired
🔻Have very dry skin
🔻Have sores that heal slowly
🔻Have more infections than usual
Top 3 Stress-Free And Best Exercises for Weight Loss🚴🏃🚶
1. Walking
Walking is one of the best exercises for weight loss — and for good reason.
It’s convenient and an easy way for beginners to start exercising without feeling overwhelmed or needing to purchase equipment. Also, it’s a lower-impact exercise, meaning it doesn’t stress your joints.
It’s easy to fit walking into your daily routine. To add more steps to your day, try walking during your lunch break, taking the stairs at work, or taking your dog for extra walks.
To get started, aim to walk for 30 minutes 3–4 times a week. You can gradually increase the duration or frequency of your walks as you become more fit.
2. Jogging or running
Jogging and running are great exercises to help you lose weight.
What’s more, studies have found that jogging and running can help burn harmful visceral fat, commonly known as belly fat.
This type of fat wraps around your internal organs and has been linked to various chronic diseases like heart disease and diabetes.
Both jogging and running are great exercises that can be done anywhere and are easy to incorporate into your weekly routine. To get started, aim to jog for 20–30 minutes 3–4 times per week.
If you find jogging or running outdoors to be hard on your joints, try running on softer surfaces like grass. Also, many treadmills have built-in cushioning, which may be easier on your joints.
3. Cycling
Cycling is a popular exercise that improves your fitness and can help you lose weight.
Although cycling is traditionally done outdoors, many gyms and fitness centers have stationary bikes that allow you to cycle while staying indoors.
Not only is cycling great for weight loss, but studies have found that people who cycle regularly have better overall fitness.
It also have increased insulin sensitivity, and a lower risk of heart disease, cancer, and death, compared with those who don’t cycle regularly.
Cycling is great for people of all fitness levels, from beginners to athletes. Plus, it’s a non-weight-bearing and low-impact exercise, so it won’t place much stress on your joints.
Ever heard of H.pylori?🤔🧐
Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) is a type of bacteria. These germs can enter your body and live in your digestive tract.
After many years, they can cause sores, called ulcers, in the lining of your stomach or the upper part of your small intestine.
For some people, an infection can lead to stomach cancer.
How to cure the stomach ulcer?🤔🧐
- One of it is by taking PROBIOTICS.
⛑️Probiotics for stomach ulcer (H. pylori).⛑️
Probiotics are living organisms that help restore balance to the bacteria in the digestive tract. As well as helping achieve optimal gut health, they can help with treating ulcers.
According to a review from 2014, probiotics cannot kill H. pylori bacteria. However, they may reduce the amount of bacteria present, sp*ed up the healing process, and improve some symptoms.
When taken alongside other treatments, probiotics may help eradicate harmful bacteria.
People can find probiotics in the following sources:
+ yogurts
+ fermented foods
+ probiotic supplements
Some foods have probiotics in them. But, consider taking supplements as they have higher concentrations of probiotics per serving.

Black Garlic Pappardelle Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound dry Pappardelle pasta
about 3 tablespoons olive oil, for the pasta and the pan
½ cup black garlic cloves (about 2 heads)
¾ cup shallots, thinly sliced
3/4 cup chicken broth/apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
Salt and freshly ground black pepper for taste
about 1 tablespoon chives for garnish (if desired), washed and dried, finely chopped
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water until it's al dente. (Al dente means "to the tooth." The pasta should be tender, but with a bite to it.) Drain the pasta, toss with a bit of olive oil, cover and set aside.
2. Prepare the black garlic. Peel all the black garlic and then roughly chop it, keeping it in relatively large chunks.
3. Make the sauce. Coat the bottom of a medium to large sauté pan with olive oil, and place it over medium heat. Add the shallots and cook until they are soft and beginning to brown, about 4 minutes. Add the black garlic and toss it with the shallots. Then add the wine, turn the heat to high, and let it reduce by about ⅓. Add the butter and swirl the pan around until it's melted into the wine. Season generously to taste with salt and pepper. (Here's how.)
4. Assemble. Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the sauce and very gently, toss everything together. (If the pan isn't big enough, pour everything into a large bowl to mix it.)
5. Adjust the seasonings and garnish. Season to taste again if necessary, sprinkle with the chopped chives (if desired), and serve.
