As at what is happening now, i mean now that things are hard, we can't buy anything.parents or couple need to decide how many kids they want to have.You don't give birth to children simply because you want to, you have to plan for them, make provision for them.Dont bring them into this world to suffer.so it is adviceable for a couple/ parents to come and do FAMILY PLANNING".It is very very important.So now it is adviceable to have 3 to 4 kids.not more than 4. 4 kids is the highest.
