I remember when I was small, if aeroplane passed we'll be shouting joyously looking up for it, wishing to be in it one day.

I've been wondering if kids nowadays still do it and lo and behold, I saw them doing it today with the same energy we used and I wondered why.

Anyway, the story has changed now, I no longer shout in ecstasy at airplanes, I now just look up and smile 😁

Okay you thought I wanted to say I fly in one now 🙄🤣, nah, not yet sha.

I went to barb my guy yesterday, first timer. He said he's patronizing me because we're gees but if it's good, he'll definitely call me back, trust me I love challenges 🤣😂

So I started doing what I know to do best, and before I could finish, a lot of people have started admiring the hair.

I think he'll be back 😁. Meanwhile he told me my price is like times 3 of what he used to barb but the value and time I invest into my work is not something you can deny.

Raise the bar, but don't do that unless you've raised your value too. Once people know your worth, then they won't see your price as ludicrous.

The best investment as usual, is in yourself, time, skill and worth... 🖋️

Try and add professionalism to whatever you do.

Why my clients value me is that whoever I'm barbing, be it a stranger, a very good friend or a sibling, I stay very focused and concentrated like I don't want to make a mistake because there should not be a room for mistake!

I keep my phone aside, limit my call time if need be that I'll answer them, keep the communication based on what will make the client comfortable (some people are comfortable basking in silence while you give them a great cut) and try to give the client what they want or very close to what they want (you can't barb C. Ronaldo hairstyle on Sadio Mane head if you know what I mean 😁)

Business always before pleasure bro, they'll take you serious because you take your business serious too. If you're a 'no carry your own spoil my own' person, then you'll attract people who are like that too.

My friends know too well to ask for my service and not pay the price we negotiated just as I know well too not to toy with their own business too because my guy my gee no dey pay bills and goods and tools are bought with money.

Word of advice, pay more for the goods/service to support your friend/family than get it for free
