*SLUMP AND DIE SEASON*: *BEWARE* !!!

We are in the *season* of *slump* and *die* these days.
It happened to *Senator Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Uba* last two weeks and later the *Famous Singer and Actress Onyeka Onwenu*., lately on 30th July,2024

*Senator Collins Ndu’s Wife* who was with a friend on evening mass on 28/7/2024... slumped & died shortly afterwards.

LAST Saturday *Chief Benjamin Chukwujama*, the CEO of Vine Oil and Gas Ltd ,owners of Big Tank Farm in CALABAR ,etc, just Slumped & Died without notice!

*I had an ugly experience not quite long ago*.
A client called me. We sealed a deal on the phone.

I was asked to forward my details. I did, and after a few minutes , I called back to inform him that I had sent the details as requested.

Surprisingly, a woman picked up my call, and I heard people crying in the background. *She told me that my client/ customer had just slumped and died a few minutes ago.*

Please, People of God, MAKE it a *HABIT* to be *Conscious* & take CARE of Your *health* .

AGE is No more the MAIN factor for being a VICTIM...

√ Check Your Blood Pressure

√ Check your sugar level.

√ Check the state of all your *VITAL* *ORGANS* - the *heart* , *liver* , *kidney* , etc.
The earlier you know what's happening to you, the better.

√ *Drink* enough or *plenty of water* especially big in the *morning* to wash away *impurities* daily.

√ Treat Malaria and Typhoid. They are the highest killers in Africa now.

√ Go for *TEST* of your *FLUIDS* - *blood, urine* , *semen* and every other fluid that will show that infection is in your body.

An *INFECTION* doesn't have to be *sexually transmitted.* Our environment, the food we eat, the water we drink, and our public toilet systems are too dirty in Africa.

*PROSTRATE cancer* is dealing with men all over the world now. Watch your diet. There are some *supplements* that can help your *prostate*,not surgery in most cases. Moreover, if you are married, ensure you have a very *active* *sexual* life.

That's good for your prostate and general health. But if you are not married, keep waiting on the Lord. Nothing will happen to you.

√ Forget your wahala and laugh a lot. Socializing at every opportunity will help you to Conquer depression and loneliness in the midst of crowd !

√ *Fasting* is good for your health. It helps to Cleanse your body and stimulate growth.
