It's wellness Wednesday ‼️
💕So last week we talked about some factors that affect the breast and breast health.
👉Babies suckling reduces risk.
👌🏻The protection comes from the low hormones as a result of the act of breast feeding.
❌This protection doesn't come from any other form of suckling as hormone levels are not affected. Ladies, be informed!😛
👉Another factor that affect breast and breast health is the age you started menstruation which is called Menarche, and the age you stop ( menopause). For many of us_ premenopausal women, we cannot tell for now how long or short that interval will be.
💕In the meantime, what we know for both pre and post menopausal women is that we can prevent breast breast cancer together 🎀 .
