1. Corona is a large virus. The diameter of the virus is 400-500 micro, so that any type of mask can prevent entry into our bodies and does not need to use expensive masks

2. Corona virus does not float in the air, but sticks to objects, so the transmission is not through the air.

3. When attached to a metal surface, the corona virus can live for 12 hours. Washing hands with soap and water is enough.

4. When attached to a cloth, the corona virus can live for 9 hours, so washing clothes or drying it in the sun for 2 hours is enough to kill it.

5. When attached to the hand, the corona virus can live for 10 minutes, so using of hand sanitizer an alcohol-based is enough to kill it.

6. When in the air at temperatures 26-27 Β° C, the corona virus will die because it does not live in hot areas. Also , drinking hot water and basking in the sun is enough as a precaution.

STOP EATING THESE FOOD BEFORE AND WHEN YOU CLOCK 40

LOW BLOOD PRESSURE

Blood pressure is essential to life because it forces the blood around the body, delivering all the nutrients it needs but this pressure can either be "HIGH" or "LOW".

A blood pressure reading lower than 90 mmHg over 60 mmHg is considered to be "low blood pressure".

While low blood pressure might seem like a good thing to have, a person's blood pressure can occasionally be too low and cause problems.

Low blood might not be a concern if there are no symptoms present.

However, when low blood pressure causes symptoms it can be a sign that not enough blood is getting to the organs and if this happens for too long, it can cause serious health issues.

➑ What are the causes of Low Blood Pressure?

A sudden fall in blood pressure can be dangerous and life threatening.

Most people especially Nigerians don't go for check Up not to talk of checking their blood pressure that's there are so many sudden death.

There are so many causes of Low Blood Pressure that's most people don't take note of.

I will only be explaining some of the causes of low blood pressure they includes:

1. PREGNANCY

It's very important for pregnant women to be checking their blood pressure often because the circulatory system expands rapidly during pregnancy, blood pressure is likely to drop at this stage.

This is normal because blood pressure usually returns to the pre-pregnancy level after given birth.

So it is advisable for pregnant women to check their blood pressure regularly.

2. HEART PROBLEMS

Do you know that death is inevitable but it can be postponed.

Yes it is possible, though God created us all and can take us away any time.

But what do we say about these two people Mr A and Mr B.

Mr A is very careful about his health that he makes it his first priority. He maintain his health by being careful about what he put into his mouth but Mr B only uses his body with a zero maintenance on any part of it.
