Anti-Oil and Anti-Acne/Pimple Oatmeal Face Mask

*Ingredients:*

✨ ¼ cup boiling water

✨ 1/3 cup oatmeal

✨ 1 large onion

✨ ½ tsp. honey

*Directions:*

👉 Boil 1/4 cup of water

👉 Put your oatmeal in a bowl and pour the boiled hot water into it

👉 Allow it to steep for 5minutes

👉. While you're waiting , cut the onion into a quarter and blend it to a puree (the puree should look like that of tin tomato puree).

👉 Next, add the pureed onion and the honey to the oatmeal paste and stir.

👉 Add more honey if the mask is thin.

👉 While the mask is still warm, apply it on your face

👉 Leave it on for 10 - 15 minutes, the mask will harden.

👉 Remove the mask with a clean , warm wet towel

Note : if your skin or face peels , Don't worry or bother

It's removing the dead layers of your skin and it's necessary

NOTE
Here we don't encourage bleaching

HOW TO GET RID OF DARK KNEES
(FAST & NATURAL)

* 1tbsp - baking soda
* 1tbsp - tumeric
* 1tbsp - honey
* 1tbsp - coffee
* 1tbsp - sea salt
* 1/4 cup of whipped cream
* 1 squeezed lemon, cut into half
* soft toothbrush

1ST STAGE :

* first , mix the coffee with a small amount of water, make sure is thick, then apply the coffee on your knees.

* don't wash it off

* secondly, mix with water if your sea salt doesn't come in thick liquid form , apply the sea salt on your knees then scrub it with a soft toothbrush for 5 minutes before you rinse it off.

2ND STAGE :

* Mix the rest of the ingredients/items together.

* Rub your knees with the tip of your fingers gently

* Don't use brush this time

* Do this for 20 minutes, then rinse/watch it off with water and no soap.

* Then wipe it off with tissue paper or wipes

NOTE :
* It might tingle a little bit but it's OK
* you can preserve the rest of the ingredients in the fridge after use for one month only.
* It doesn't BLEACH your skin but rather LIGHTENS it
* when you see or notice that one knee has lightened more than the other don't panic, reasons is because of the way you rub it. In the process of the rubbing, you might have rubbed one more than the other.
* all you have to do is that, leave that other knee that's more lightened, and focus on the other till you get them equal lightened.
* Don't use soap in rinsing/ washing of any of the stages.
* Do it judiciously 3 times in a week
*. You will see changes in a month time
